He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnett Hubbard and Anna Faye Hill Hubbard. He is survived by: his son Lucas Hubbard (Samantha); and his siblings, Furley Hubbard (L. C.), Allen Hubbard (Delzina) of Cedar Bluff, Lyndon Hubbard of Tazewell, Mary Burkey (Mike) of Dandridge, TN and Carol Elswick of Raven. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
