She is survived by: her husband Lewis Addison; her siblings, Geneva Constantine of Clearwater, Earl Ratliff and Claude Ratliff of Oakwood, VA.; her sons, Joey Dean Addison (Becky) of Salt Rock, WV., Chris Addison (Denise) of Barren Springs, VA. and Eric Addison (Gretchen) of Salt Rock, WV.; and her grandchildren, John Addison, Heather Addison Arnold, Lindsey Addison Burke, Ethan Addison, Kari Passmore, Ruby Addison, Thomas Cavender, Abby Cavender and Brittany Cavender. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
