He is survived by: his wife Janie Goodman; his stepchildren, Debbie Miller of Claypool Hill and Fred Goodman (Teresa) of Burgaw, NC; his stepgrandchildren, Amber Bailey, Amanda Miller and James Goodman; his sister Cassie B. Mitchell of Tazewell, VA; and his nieces, Marcella Hankins of Mount Gilead, NC and Linda Lowe of Galax, VA. He is also survived by friends and several other nieces & nephews.
