Holly; his grandson Garry Ray Blevins; his mother-in-law Trinny Cummins-Quesenberry (Alvin); his brothers, Keith Ball (Tiffany) of St and Arthur Presley "Petie" Ball, II (Mindy) of Blountville, TN.; his nieces and nephews, Sara Ball, Kayli Quintero, Piper Ball, Emma Ball, Reese Ragsdale, Sonny Ball, James Berkey, Tripp Ball, Knox Ball, Kaden Ragsdale and Jeff Ball; and his close friends, DJ Beavers, Bradlee Duncan, Leonard Mullins, Rick Stanford and Howdy.
