He is survived by: his wife Jerri Sparks; his daughter Kaylyn Sparks; his stepson Cameron Devaney of Cambridge, OH; his stepmother Patricia Sparks of Ormond Beach, FL; his siblings, Donny Sparks (Cindy) of DeLand, FL and Schana Sparks of Ormond Beach; and his granddaughters, Callie, Ember, Millie and Myleigh Devaney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
