It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Lowe Colley (Cedar Bluff, Virginia), who passed away on October 25, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, T. C. Lowe and Pauline Lowe; her son Terry Wayne Colley; and her brothers, Dewey, Sherman and Charles.
She is survived by: her siblings, David Lowe, Jr. (Sheena) of Terrell, TX and Margaret (Jim Campbell, Sr.) of Baptist Valley.
