He is survived by: his children, Penny Lynn Cook (Kerry Drake Helton) of Raven and Stephen Scott Pruitt of Claypool Hill; his grandchildren, Justin Scott Collins (Paige Lowe), Ryan Houston Williams, Morgann Brittany Williams, Andrew Arthur, Caleb Collins, Mollie Lorine LeeAnn Collins and Madison Beth Cook; and his great grandchildren, Brodie Dylan Collins, Payton McKinley Collins, Berklei Autumn Collins, Piper Neely and Kole Rees.
