He is survived by: his wife Cathy Newberry; his children, Jarod Johnson (Rebecca), Brooke Elswick (Manny) and Tenesia Tabor (Matt); his grandchildren, Abby Johnson, Kate Johnson, Hayden Dudley, Hudson Elswick, Naomi Elswick, Chloe Elswick and Twyla Tabor; and his siblings, Roger Newberry, Harold Newberry, Buster Newberry (Shirley), David Newberry (Betty), James Newberry (Teresa), Hulda Farmer and Jean Fouch (Arnold). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
