He was predeceased by: his parents, William Altizer and Chloe Day Altizer; his sons, Dale and Mousey Altizer; and his siblings, Hubert, Harold Altizer and Edna Lawson.
He is survived by: his wife Lila Altizer; his children, Danny Altizer (Abby), Dana Moats (Carson), Diane Stevenson and Doug Altizer (Linda); his daughters-in-law, Phyllis Altizer and Rhonda Myers; and his brother Landon Altizer (Ineda). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, the family asks that masks be worn.
