It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Lois Stiltner of Cedar Bluff, Virginia, born in Buchanan, Virginia, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Walter Ratliff; her husband Clarence Stiltner, Jr.; her son Richard Stiltner; and her brothers, Harold Ratliff, Ralph Ratliff and Bennie Ratliff.
She is survived by: her children, Shelia Stiltner of Paintlick, Dorothy Stiltner of Cedar Bluff, Jane Rush (Mike) of Waynesburg, Penn., Stephen Stiltner (Lettie) of Pounding Mill and Joe Stiltner of Paintlick; her siblings, Eula Falke of Waxhaw, NC and Paul Ratliff of Max Meadows; and her grandchildren, Denise, Lisa, Cindy, Becky and Trevor. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
