We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2021, at the age of 54, Doug Jessee of Cedar Bluff, Virginia, born in Richlands, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaden Jessee and Joyce Hagy Jessee; his grandparents, Levi, Mae Hagy, Frank and Hattie Jessee; his parents-in-law, Earl Ray and Rosemary Ray; and his siblings-in-law, Donald "Hop" Ray and Carol Ray.
He is survived by: his wife Cel Jessee; his daughters, Kayla Elswick (Cody) and Chassica Davis (Chase); his grandchildren, Taylin Elswick, Lana Elswick, Leah Davis and Hudson Davis; his sister Shelia Simpson (Randy); his nephew Jay McCoy; his siblings-in-law, Charlie Ray, Henry Ray (Tiffany), Tom Ray (Kim) and Tanya Ray; and his godparents, Ezra and Rose Harris. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Due to COVID-19, the family requests that those attending the visitation and services wear a mask and practice social distancing.
