She is survived by: her children, Ashley Nicole Hicks (Virginia) of Richlands and Tommy Ray Hurley of Richlands, Virginia; her siblings, Jean White of Amonate, Sabrina Endicott of Richlands, Virginia and Henry Endicott, Jr. of Richlands, Virginia; and her grandchildren, Ryleigh Perkins, Brentley Perkins and Kylee Hurley.
