He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas R. Keen Jr. and Elenore Christine Stillwell Keen; and his brother Johnny Edward Keen. He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia Ann Cline and Carrie Belinda Donithan of Belfast, VA; and his nieces and nephews, Andrew Cline, Gabriel Donithan, Chase Donithan, Denise Davis, Kellie McKeller, Christine Rash and Kimberly Helton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
