She was predeceased by: her parents, Raleigh E. Worley, Sr. and Bonnie Yates Worley; her husband Johnny Wayne Vandyke; her son Jonathan W. Vandyke; and her siblings, Stephen Worley, Roger Worley, Joseph Worley, Norman Worley and Margaret Mullins.
She is survived by: her daughter Ginger Ellison (Kevin) of Greensburg, PA.; her grandchildren, Sydney Paige Ellison and Lindsey Brooke Ellison; her brother Raleigh E. Worley, Jr. (Janet) of Pounding Mill, VA.; and her children, Sonya Ratliff (Chris), Macie, Brodie and Jace.
