He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Columbus Price (Lum); his siblings, Banner, Taze, Paul, Douglas, John Lee, Grady, Henry, George, Elgie Wolford, Elizabeth "Betty" Honaker, Doisie Mae Peevy and Mary Ellen Sauls; and his sons, Ricky Allen Price and Darrell Lee Price.
He is survived by: his wife Clara Strouth Price; his children, Carolyn Dianna Phillips (Robert), Cynthia Daphne Price and Rodney Allen Price (Malinda); his sister Molly Johnson; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Price, Kensington Price, Jacob Price and Kambrie Price.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
