He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence W. Belcher and Laune Stiltner Belcher; his children, Amanda and David; and his sister Ruth Lester.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Belcher; and his grandchildren, Kayla Belcher, Brittany Belcher, Amber, Olivia, Blaine Byrd, Kaine Byrd and Braylyn Belcher.
