It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Rasnake of Cedar Bluff, Virginia, who passed away on September 20, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin E. Rasnake and Verna Musick Rasnake; his grandparents, Elbert, Alta Rasnake and Billy; and his sister Tammy Gibson.
He is survived by: his wife Dianna Lorraine Cook Rasnake; his daughter Susan Dowdy of Cedar Bluff, Virginia; his grandchildren, Zackary Dowdy of Baptist Valley and Kristin Wyatt (Houston) of Tazewell, Virginia; his siblings, Willis Rasnake (Rita), Dual Rasnake (Mary), Randall Rasnake, Darrell Rasnake (Rosie Boardwine), Dallas Rasnake (Kim), David Phillips, Patricia Rasnake and Karen Harlow; and his mother-in-law Jean Cook. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
