She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Thomas and Goldie Mabe Smith; her husband Joe Ovel Osborne; and her sister Geneva Cox. She is survived by: her children, Kathleene (Phillip Keene), Greta (Bobby Brown), Drema (Ron Masri) and Chastity (Aaron Powell); her siblings, Charlotte (Jay Osborne), David Smith, Walter Jr. (Brenda Smith), Louvonne (Garland Davis), Morris "Don" (Velma Smith) and Thelma "Bernice" Pruitt; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Brown (Hannah), Tori Brown, Nataleigh Keene, Ryan Masri, Declan Masri, Audrey Powell and Luke Powell.
