William Rue McGee Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2020, at the age of 61, William Rue McGee (Catlett, Virginia), born in Warrenton, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nannie B. Ennis and Rue E. McGee Sr.; his nephews, Riley F. McGee and Rue "Edward" McGee III; and his parents-in-law, Sherline E. Vanover and Charlie "Tap" Singleton.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene L. McGee; his daughter Sherline "Rita" McGee; his siblings, Rixey "Sam" (Darlene McGee), Rue "Eddie" (Daphne McGee Jr), LeLia "Norma" (Thomas "Buddy" Haught), James "Jimmy" (Cherie McGee) and Mable (Joe Young); his nieces and nephews, Rixey C. McGee II, Doug Haught and Lynn Daniel; his great-nephew Dalton R. McGee; and his close friend Doug Martin of Catlett.
Food donations may be brought to the school anytime after 12:45 pm on Thursday, Jan. 30.
