He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Tolliver and Phyllis Tolliver (White). He is survived by: his wife Nancey Jo; his daughter Jessica Tolliver Shaw (Nate) of Brooklyn, NY; his granddaughters, Josie and Pearl; and his siblings, Roger Tolliver (Kathie) of Chester, MD, Sheila Rowles (Ed) of Asheville, NC and Debbie Woolford (Tommy) of Hendersonville, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
