She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Catlett and Ann Catlett; her grandparents, James and Margaret of Washington; and her sister Stephanie Wright Brown.
She is survived by: her son Kendrick Nicholas Kenney II; her sisters, Pamela Diggs (Robert) and Ashley Catlett-Greene (Stephen); her nephews, Monty Kenney, Jalil Brown (Kavon), Jonathan Kenney Jr. and Thomas Isaiah Walker; her godson Kolbe Demetrius Ovington Greene; her nieces, Kennedy Greene, Tiaa Harris Lewis, Alysha Kenney-Williams, Christina Walker and Amber Kenney; her goddaughter Kimberly Cunningham (John); her uncle James of Washington; her great-aunts, Frances Johnson and Venetta Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Jonathan Kenney, Thomas Brown, Zeta Walker (Thomas), Ava Haman (James) and Barbara.
