He was predeceased by: his parents, Kennedy Coley Palmer and Lula Mae Palmer. He is survived by: his significant other Lois Cecil; and his children, Melissa Johnson, Davin Palmer, Mariah Cecil and Joshua Cecil. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, 8 great grand children and 4 sisters.
