She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Caleb and Edith A. Smeeton (Brown); and her husband Marion F. "Kirk" Kirkwood Jr.. She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Lisa LaBossiere (Richard) of Catharpin, VA and Beth Kirkwood of Fauquier County, VA; and her grandchildren, Jason LaBossiere (Amanda) and Jessica Gannon LaBossiere (Jeffrey Jenkins).
