It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Howard Robinson in Catharpin, Virginia, who passed away on October 2, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Robert. He is survived by: his wife Sallie Anne Conley; his children, Susan (Richard Bartlett), John (May Lee), Lucy (Kelly Tatchell) and Cindy (Charles Brohawn); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Ian, Hayley Bartlett, Andrew and Arthur Robinson; and also, Kitty Conley, Alice Cloutier and Gail Lee.
In lieu of flowers, contribution to CCAP in Winchester, where Robbie volunteered during his retirement, or to a hospice would be appreciated.
