He was predeceased by: his parent Lee Campbell; his former wife Barbara Campbell; and his brother Fred Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Marie Campbell; his stepdaughters, Ginger Davis and Sheri Farmer; his grandchildren, Shae Farmer and Chase Davis; and his sister-in-law Reba Campbell.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be made to a charity of the donors choice.
