With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma C. Anderson of Catawba, Virginia, who passed away on June 5, 2021 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband David William Anderson; her parents, Guy William Custer and Ida Mae Sirry Custer; and her siblings, Carl Custer, Calvern Custer, Randolph Custer, Frances McMillian and Margaret Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Starkey, Donnie Anderson (Joan) and Ronnie Anderson (Glenna); her siblings, Betty Joe Bernard and James R. "Bobby" Custer, Sr.; and her daughter-in-law Joanie Anderson. She is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
