He was predeceased by: his son Kevin Ray Harlow; and his parents, Lewis Harlow and Eva Harlow. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Jean Harlow; his sons, Richard and Eric Harlow (Shelby); his grandchildren, Ryan, Kaitlyn Taylor (Corey), Brandon, Alex, Annie Brenner (Arin) and Sebastian; his great grandchild Asher Brenner; and his caregiver Nicole Winfield.
