He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry A. Fowler and Bessie Fowler Wright; and his siblings, Joe Fowler, Leland Fowler, Opal Ryder and Monnie Malcolmb.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Bowes Fowler; his children, Joe Fowler (Sharon) of Shawsville and Sylvia Prillaman (Frank) of Glade Hill; his grandchildren, Shelton Fowler, Ernie Fowler, Michael Prillaman and Faith Prillaman Spomer; and his pet Phoebe.
