He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt Horton and Myrtle Mary Allen Milton; and his siblings, Virginia Volpe, Anna Worley, Charlotte Gibson, Blanche Bartee, Betty Loue Milton, James Robert Allen and Edison "Ed" Milton.
He is survived by: his wife Nellie Milton; his daughter Linda Rodriguez (Santiago) of Tampa, Florida; his sisters, Hazel Bradley of Castlewood and Eva Million of Castlewood, Virginia; his half-sister Carmen Carlton of St. Paul, Virginia; and his grandsons, Billy, Jeffrey and Santiago III. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
