He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Wayne Mullins Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Beth Thomas of Lebanon, Virginia and Cecil Mullins (Frances) of Roanoke, Virginia; his mother Easter Mullins Hurd (Bill) of Castlewood, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Aidan Thomas and Emory Mullins.
