He is survived by: his wife Chasidy Amburgey; his children, Cody Amburgey, Matthew Amburgey, Sydnee Amburgey and Ava Amburgey; his grandson Brock Amburgey; his mother Phyllis Grizzle (Jack); his sister Sabrina Amburgey; and his parents-in-law, Steve and Renita Hamilton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and close friends.
