He is survived by: his wife Connie Sue Dickenson Horne; his mother Janie Osborne Horne; his brother Donnie Horne (Martha); his children, Joshua Heath Horne (LeAnn) and Sarah Beth Heather Johnson; his stepson Ryan Jones (Amber); his grandchildren, Alexis Horne, Lauren Horne, Ethan Horne, Rachel Johnson, Samuel Johnson and Benjamin Johnson; his stepgrandchildren, Adrian Gross, Seth Jones, Camille Jones and Gabe Jones; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Cainan Woodruff, Liam Woodruff, Asher Woodruff and Grey Phillips.
A procession was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Castlewood Funeral Home (80 Donnie Dean Dr, Castlewood, VA 24224). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Temple Hill Memorial Park (2529 Memorial Dr, Castlewood, VA 24224).
