He is survived by: his children, Lee Bush (Lori), Tony Bush (Sisa) and Lila Jenkins (Dennis); his sister Edith Bush; his grandchildren, Yvette Bush, Courtney Cassel (Dan), Rachel Radtke (Tim), Brandon Jenkins (Allyson), Casey Bush and Wyatt Bush; his great grandchildren, Aidan Goode, Carter Jenkins and Miles Cassel; and his close friends, Maxie Castle, Ronnie Mudder and Paul Buchanan. He is also survived by family.
