She was predeceased by: her grandson Frank James Ratliff. She is survived by: her parents, Stella Hale and Stan Hale; her children, Christopher Kitts (Amanda) of Belfast, Crystal Ratliff (Jessie) of Council and Mandy Minton (Cody) of Lebanon, Virginia; her grandchildren, Abagail, Bentley, Benjamin, Autumn, Carrie, Kadence, Hayden and Jacob; her siblings, Lloyd Stephens and Stephanie Hester; and her close friend Doug Kitts (Dana) of Honaker, Virginia. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask for memorial contributions to be made to Honaker Funeral Home in memory of Tammy.
