It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sylvia Berniece Fields (Castlewood, Virginia), born in Dante, Virginia, who passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan McClellan and Bonnie Potter McClellan; her husband Jarrell H. Fields; her children, Mitchell Fields, Debra Faye Fields, Rosemary Sproles and Tina Phillips; and her siblings, Victor E. McClellan, Floyd McClellan, Franklin McClellan, Earl McClellan, Goldie Ward Phillips, Florence Fields and Victoria Blevins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Kimberlin of Dante and Bonnie Sue Ellen Bolling (Windell); and her brother Gene McClellan (Patsy) of Berlin Heights, Ohio. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
