He is survived by: his wife Janie Phillips Vicars; his children, Russell Scott Vicars of Castlewood, Virginia, Stacy Vicars of Castlewood, Virginia and Melissa Million (Scott) of Castlewood, Virginia; his grandchildren, Scotty Million of Castlewood, Virginia and Emily Million of Castlewood, Virginia; his great grandchild Toby Million of Castlewood, Virginia; and his sister Lois Acree (Calvin) of Richmond, Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
