She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bevins and Edna Bevins; her husband John Logan Lawson Sr.; her son James Matthew Lawson; and her brother Paul Edward Bevins.
She is survived by: her children, John Logan Lawson Jr. (Janice), Peter Andrew Lawson (Bambi), Paula Salyers (Roger), Christine Hall (Butch) and Rebecca Crawford (Mike); and her siblings, Sam Bevins, James Bevins, Charles Bevins, Mary Burke and Alice Funk. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
