It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Carty Watson (Castlewood, Virginia), who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur "Bud" Carty and Audrey Kennedy Carty. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Ann Watson of Doswell and Kimberly Watson McGuire of Glen Allen, Virginia; her grandchildren, Ryan Alexander McGuire and Brittany Elizabeth McGuire; her sister Patricia Ann Powers (James) of Castlewood, Virginia; and her nieces, Dedra Elaine Powers and Stephanie Paige Collins.
Due to COVID-19, the family requests those attending the Visitation and Services to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
