He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Osborne and Anne Gose Osborne of Virginia; his son Christopher Michael Osborne; his brothers, Blaine Osborne and Kyle Osborne; his brother-in-law Bill DeSatta; and his father-in-law John H. Hylton.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Osborne; his daughter Michelle Archer (Dustan) of Jonesborough, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Emily, Megan Lockwood of Jacksonville, Katie Robinson of Johnson City, Matthew Archer of Jonesborough and Rachel Archer of Jonesborough, Tennessee; his mother-in-law Anna Hylton; his siblings, Nancy Odle (Pete), Ruth Price (Howard), Peggy DeSatta and Fred Osborne (Ruth); and his pets, Walter and Jasper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and his pet.
Due to COVID-19, the family requests those attending the Visitation and Services to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
