He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Phillips Jr. (Jessica) of Castlewood, James Phillips of Alabama, Katherine Spurlock of Georgia and Haley Herndon of Castlewood, Virginia; his siblings, Neda Phillips of Castlewood, Faye Warren (Don) of Bristol, Virginia, Delmar McArthur Phillips (Charlotte) of Castlewood and Carter Phillips of Castlewood, Virginia; his half-brothers, Ricky and Eddie Neece; and his grandchildren, Steven Spurlock, Elizabeth Spurlock, Kaitlin Phillips, Jozy Phillips and Olivia Salyers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
