He is survived by: his parent Edra Ramsey Riner; his wife Wilma Riner; his sons, Terry Allen Riner of Castlewood, Virginia Riner and James Madison Riner of Castlewood, Virginia; his siblings, Sue Riner Biggs (Bill) of Front Royal, Lily Riner Turner (Randy) of Abingdon, Virginia White, Rebecca Riner White (Sam) of Bristol, Virginia, Dean Riner of Abingdon, Virginia Riner and Eddie Riner (Melissa Miles) of Salem, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Johnny Lane Riner, Ella Ann Riner, Caleb Allen Riner, Annabelle Grace Riner and Abbagail LeAnn Riner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
