He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel H. Collins and Una Mae Osborne Collins; and his siblings, Ruth Collins, Anna May Collins, Ocie Porter, Hattie Campbell and Willie Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Lila Morris Collins; his sons, Randall "Randy" Collins (Alice) of Castlewood, Virginia and Richard "Ricky" Collins (Tonya) of Castlewood, Virginia; and his granddaughter Amanda Browning (Chris) of Castlewood, Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
