She is survived by: her son Chuck Hicks (Cathy) of Glade Spring, Virginia; her grandchildren, Russ Hicks of Chicago and Ashley Taylor (Walker) of Kennesaw, Georgia; her great grandchild Felicity Taylor; her brother Charles D. "Buster" Burke of Castlewood, Virginia; and her niece Becky Burke of Castlewood, Virginia. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
