It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul James Osborne (Castlewood, Virginia), who passed away on April 30, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Willie E.; his grandchild Russell Osborne; and his brother Henry Guy Osborne. He is survived by: his parent Nannie Combs Osborne; his spouse Hazel Osborne; his daughters, Jan Osborne (Steve) of Castlewood, Joyce Tittle of Castlewood and Rebecca Jessee (Stephen) of Knoxville; his grandchildren, Beth Collins (Jayme), Mark Tittle, Lori Meadows (Jamie), Zane Jessee, Eli Jessee and Ivan Jessee; his great grandchildren, Nick Tittle, Morgan Tittle Jackson, Teagan Collins, Emma Meadows and Addison Tittle; his sister Mary Ann Humphreys of Abingdon; and also Paul. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
