She is survived by: her husband Scottie Parks; her mother Mary Lynn McGlothlin of Castlewood, Virginia; her sisters, Deborah Lynn Stevens of West Virginia and Diana Y. Kilgore (Denny) of Coeburn, Virginia; her niece Chrystal Lee Stevens of West Virginia; her brother-in-law James Grayson Stevens; and her close friends, Lacy and Phylis McReynolds. She is also survived by three half-brothers; two half-sisters.
Following the COVID-19 restrictions set forth by the Governor of Virginia on face-covering requirements and social distancing, Funeral Services for Pamela Kay Parks will be conducted at 2:00 p. m. Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel in Castlewood, Virginia with Rev. Marty Puckett officiating.
