She is survived by: her husband Wiley Lewis Holbrook; her daughters, Angel Mullins (Corey) of Castlewood, Jessica Mayes (Anthony) of Lebanon, Heather Holbrook of Dante and Brandi Deel (Steven) of Dante, Virginia; her mother Karen Eppard of Mountain City, Tennessee; and her siblings, Brenda Carnahan of Defiance, Ohio, Daniel Eppard of North Carolina and Mike Eppard of Mountain City, Tennessee. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
