She is survived by: her mother Glenna Meade; her brother Glenn Meade (Teresa); her nephew Joshua Meade (Ashley); her great-niece Jasmine McConnell; her great-nephew Deacon Meade of Coeburn; her stepmother Shirley Mullins Meade of Lebanon; her stepsister Kimberly Hooker (Brian); and her nephew Adam Hooker of Lebanon.
Due to Covid restrictions everyone attending is asked to wear face mask.
