She was predeceased by: her parents, John Floyd and Harriett Victoria Williams Heaton; her husband Glenn Ray Puckett Sr.; her brothers, James Heaton and James Baldwin; and her children-in-law, Leslie Puckett and Bill Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Stoots (Darrell) of Lebanon, Connie Canaday (Dennis) of Jonesborough, Donna McBryar (Gary) of Trenton, Georgia, Glenn Ray Puckett Jr. (Barbara) of Castlewood, William John Puckett (Brenda) of Fort Blackmore, Rick Puckett of Fort Blackmore and Emory Lynn Puckett of Dungannon, Virginia; and her siblings, Velva Thompson (Horace) of Hickory, Martha Lou Williams of Conover, Dr. Mary Thompson of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Jimmy Sigmon of Hickory. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, the family requests those attending the Visitation and Services to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
