It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lowell Mansel Laforce (Castlewood, Virginia), born in Amonate, Virginia, who passed away on May 10, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Reginald Douglas Ward; and his granddaughter Savannah Rae Lister. He is survived by: his wife Judith West LaForce of Kingsport, TN; his children, Warren Bane LaForce (Traci) of Gate City, VA, Tiersa Simone LaForce of New Market, MD and Reina Noelle LaForce of Blacksburg, VA; his grandchildren, Cody Lister (Jenn), Lydia Kieffer of New Market, MD, Kelsey Dockery and Lauren Dockery of Gate City, VA; his great grandchildren, Levi, Colton Lister of New Market, MD and Cassidy Lister of New Market, MD.; his siblings, Paula Ward Axsom of Poquoson, VA, Rita LaForce Sutherland (Larry Craig) of Cape Charles, VA, Alleta LaForce Johnson (Harold) of Elkin, NC, Carolyn LaForce Duff of Virginia Beach, VA. and Eddie; and his sister-in-law Edna Sue Breeding of Lebanon, VA.
