She is survived by: her parent Effie Taylor Phipps; her husband George Wise of Castlewood; her sons, Dillion Phipps and Derek Phipps; and her siblings, Eunice Elaine Poston of Dante, Virginia and Rodney Vernon Phipps of Castlewood, Virginia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
